I remember . . .

Even though we are living in the Netherlands, my thoughts and heart are in the States today. I remember that day so vividly in my mind, and can't believe ten years has gone by. If I were teaching today, I would be reading the books September 12th, The Man Who Walked Between the Towers, and Fireboat. So instead, I sent an email to Liam to tell him about my memories of that day because I think it's important that we remember not only what happened, but how we recovered.
